Richard Molina

Richard Molina is an architectural designer, educator, and practitioner. He is on faculty in the CalArts School of Theater as well as a lecturer in the Department of Architecture at Cal Poly Pomona. He is an active member of the Association for Women in Architecture and Design (AWA+D) and an ambassador for Nature Art & Habitat Residency (NAHR).

Richard is the founder and design director of ANIMOL – a full-service interdisciplinary design and research studio based in Los Angeles. The practice experiments within the architectural discipline through a range of projects and artistic endeavors at various scales. He earned a Master of Architecture degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and a BFA in Interior Design from San Jose State University.
